“Lisa was pivotal in helping us purchase our first home through a private sale. She prepared a comprehensive report (including an opinion of value and neighbourhood comparables), which allowed us to negotiate with confidence. Lisa also connected us to top-notch professionals in her network including a great home inspector and mortgage broker. She's also just a pleasure to work with - her passion for and deep knowledge of real estate makes a stressful process much easier. We're thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend working with Lisa..”

“I had a situation where I needed to sell two properties in order to acquire another.
Lisa handled all of the logistics from listing preparation to negotiation.
She is immensely detail oriented and a tough negotiator. Her high energy and Intuitive nature made the process for me very positive and ultimately profitable..”

“We showed interest in purchasing a condo ‘pied a terre’ in Vancouver as our daughter is living there. Lisa immediately setup a referral connection with an agent in Vancouver that she has worked with in the past. Without delay we purchased a fabulous condo working with two great agents. Thanks Lisa and Shirley.”

“Thank you for leading and executing on our recent condo sale here in Toronto. It was not that easy, eh?
First we started off in February thinking business as usual. Talking about plans, prices, timing, budget, process. You were very thorough and I learned a lot. Then the wheels came off the bus in the world. We scheduled the closing for March 18, and had set price. Everything went virtual. Tours and visits became difficult. Open houses went from normal to non-existent. We had a deal in a day, managed the buyer's need for financing, with the risk the markets would change their status, and kept our cool. Buyer threw a couple curve balls. You were a steady hand and kept the process moving forward.
The personal circumstances were also a challenge. I started a business, on top of the other one I already own and manage, in early February. The businesses are fine, actually doing well. That is because you handled the condo and I handled my businesses. You kept me informed, were clear about who owned which decisions and I felt comfortable being hands off.
The normal stuff, which have normally been the core of a testimony like this went well too. You gained trust with the management of the condo. You selected and enabled staging. You managed the schedule, and pivoted to virtual negotiations seamlessly, or at least it seemed so. I challenged you with a higher asking, and took the risk we could wait for financing to earn the price we wanted. You helped me manage that.
In the end closing went well, through a tumultuous time, money and keys were transferred, and voila I do not own a condo anymore. That was pretty simple eh:)”
